These aren't a separate recipe.
They're the same Cinnamon Sugar pretzels I package in my premium Artisan Pouch, available in a half-pound Fresh Batch container when I have extras from production.
I use my sugar-brine process to create the sweet foundation.
Then comes the cinnamon sugar.
And finally, I drizzle the batch by hand with creamy white chocolate.
Warm cinnamon.
Sweet sugar.
Salty pretzel crunch.
White chocolate.
The same handcrafted recipe.
The only difference is the package.
Why They're Limited
Half-Pound Extras exist because micro-batch production isn't always perfectly divisible.
When I make Cinnamon Sugar and have fresh product remaining after the primary production run, I'll package some of those extras into half-pound containers and make them available here.
Sometimes there will be several.
Sometimes very few.
Sometimes none at all.
I don't make additional inventory just to keep this section stocked.
