At Kingston Artisan Snacks & Seasoning Company, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and an exceptional experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you in resolving any issues you may have. Please note that we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However we do offer refunds/website credits on purchases except for the following reasons:

- Shipping partners delivering your order earlier than estimated
- Incorrect information provided at the time of order
- Refusal of delivery or recipient being absent at the time of delivery
- Items shipped to a PO Box
- Items still in transit
- Damage to packaging that does not affect the quality or shelf life of the product
- Consumption of at least 50% of the product
- Gift certificate sales are final
To ensure that your order is correct, please review the confirmation email and contact our Customer Experience Team during business hours if any changes or cancellations need to be made prior to the ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, please keep this in mind when ordering for special events.
To submit a request for a refund or replacement, please make sure your situation meets the requirements outlined in our policy, have your order number and any relevant photos ready, and submit your request through our website.
