To all of our Kingston customers,

First, I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the longer-than-normal delay many of you have experienced with your orders. I know you've been waiting far longer than you should have, and I truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and kindness so many of you have shown during this challenging time with my wife Melinda and her health.

As of today (July 15, 2026), every web order that has been placed—including all older outstanding orders and every order received through today—will be shipped within the next 48 hours.

You should begin seeing shipping confirmation emails with your tracking information no later than late Friday afternoon. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
