I start with my signature ranch seasoning as the foundation, then build on it with plenty of Italian herbs and oregano to create something completely different. Every small batch goes through my signature 24-hour brining process, allowing those hand-blended herbs and seasonings to soak deep into the pretzels rather than simply coating the outside.
