I experimented with different herbs, spices, and smoky flavors until I found a combination that just works. The hickory adds a deep, satisfying smokiness without overpowering the herbs, creating a pretzel that's packed with flavor from the very first bite.

Every small batch goes through my signature 24-hour brining process, allowing those hand-blended seasonings and smoky flavors to soak deep into the pretzels rather than simply coating the outside.
