How Kingston Snacks Are Made

HANDCRAFTED SNACKS. MICRO BATCHES. REAL INGREDIENTS. ALWAYS.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT

Every Kingston snack starts the same way:

With time, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right.

I don't focus on producing the most snacks possible.

I focus on producing snacks I'm proud to put my name on.

The Brining Process

Most seasoned pretzels are simply coated with powdered seasoning.

Kingston pretzels begin with a proprietary brining process that allows flavor to bond evenly throughout each batch.

It's slower than the conventional approach, but it creates the depth of flavor Kingston has become known for.

Handcrafted Seasoning Blends

Many of Kingston's flavors begin with custom seasoning blends developed and mixed in-house.

Rather than relying on pre-made flavor systems, I blend recipes with a focus on balance, consistency, and bold flavor.

Every recipe has been refined over years of production and customer feedback.

Micro Batch Production

Kingston snacks are produced in micro batches rather than mass-produced runs.

This allows me to focus on quality, freshness, and consistency throughout the process.

It also gives me the flexibility to continue creating new flavors, limited releases, and seasonal offerings throughout the year.

Freshness Matters

Because production is scheduled in small batches, many orders are produced specifically for upcoming fulfillment runs rather than pulled from long-term inventory.

The result is a fresher product and a process built around quality rather than volume.

Why I Do It This Way

Years ago, Kingston grew into something much larger than I ever imagined.

Today, I've intentionally returned to a simpler approach.

Fewer flavors.

Smaller batches.

More attention to detail.

Because great snacks shouldn't be rushed.

And quality should always matter more than quantity.
