Years ago, Melinda asked me if I could recreate the flavor of one of her favorite snacks.

Not copy it.

Improve it.

That simple request eventually became Sicilian Pizza.

Over the years, it's become one of those recipes that reminds me why I started creating snacks in the first place.

Sometimes the best ideas don't come from a business plan.

Sometimes they come from someone you love saying,

"I wish someone made something like this..."
